            Uniform Policy & Requirements


Your School Shop is the only place where uniforms can be purchased. In addition to stocking uniform items, we also offer a large range of stationery and miscellaneous items.

Opening Hours –

Wednesdays 8.10am to 9.30am
Thursdays 8.10am to 9.30am

​Uniforms – We carry the full uniform range all year round (with the exception of winter uniforms, and other specialty items). Refunds or exchanges can be granted if the item is returned unworn and unwashed with no labels removed and no name labels attached.

Second-hand uniforms – As a service to parents, second-hand uniforms are sold. These are at very reasonable prices and you are welcome to browse through them as often as you like.

Procedure for selling second hand uniforms in the school shop
Second hand uniforms will be accepted for sale in the uniform shop under the following conditions:

  • Uniforms must be washed and in good saleable condition with no stains rips or tears or severe fading.
  • The proceeds of any sale, less 30% commission will be paid when all items are sold.
  • If after 12 months, there are items remaining, they will be donated to the school.
  • Payment can be taken as a credit in the shop, a deduction in school fees or paid into a bank account.
  • The uniform shop convenor has the discretion to dispose of any items they deem unsaleable and to set the price for sale.           
  • A consignment clothing sale agreement must be completed with the items listed individually before the shop will accept them for sale.
  • Items can be donated to the school and do not require a form to be completed.
  • Second hand uniforms with the completed form can be left at the office or uniform shop.

Labels – Name labels for clothing and accessories can be ordered through the shop at very reasonable prices.

EFTPOS – Mastercard, Visa and debit card are accepted. Layby can also be arranged.

Stationery – A large range of stationery including most items from the book pack that you will run out of during the year are stocked.

Swimming supplies – A range of swim caps in a variety of colours and swim bags are available.

School bags – Spartan school bags are designed, manufactured and tested to withstand the toughest school environments. All Spartan bags have been put through their rigorous testing procedure to ensure the highest quality including zip friction, UV resistance/colour fastness, tear strength, abrasion resistance. They come with a 3 year warranty to be free from defects in material/and or workmanship (with proof of purchase).

Winter uniforms – This includes unisex fleecy zip jackets or v-neck pullovers, tracksuit pants, microfibre jacket and stockings. Due to storage constraints we carry very little stock of these. An order can be placed during Term 1 with delivery early in Term 2. It is essential that an order be placed to ensure that you can secure the correct size garment for your child.

Volunteers - The shop relies on volunteers to assist during opening hours each day and during school holidays.
